These committees solicit nominations from Chamber membership and coordinate the selection and interview process for numerous awards throughout the year.

Diplomats
These member volunteers serve as a part of the member retention program for the Chamber. Diplomats help promote the chamber, support chamber functions and work to retain and build membership. They also work with staff greeting and welcoming members at events, grand openings and ribbon cuttings.

Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) Committee
The Emerging Leaders Program mission is to provide students with an understanding of the concept of leadership and provide them the skills and knowledge to become effective leaders in our community. This committee provides oversight to recruitment, planning and design of curriculum and program evaluation.

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee determines long-term goals of the GNFCC and makes recommendations to the Board on strategic initiatives. Its members come from a wide range of industries and are some of the most influential business and civic leaders in the North Fulton area. Members of the Executive Committee are officers of the organization.

Finance Committee
The Finance Committee provides oversight of Chamber financial policy, audit and budget as well as best practices as it relates to efficient and effective use of Chamber Membership investment.

Government Affairs Committee
The Government Affairs Committee creates and influences public policy at local, state and congressional levels; communicates Chamber legislative agenda items in coordination with community partners; and maintains a high level of involvement in transit, workforce housing, and talent sustainability and recruitment solutions.

Leadership North Fulton (LNF) Program Committee
Leadership North Fulton operates out of the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Inc. (501(c)3 foundation) and is the organization’s and region’s flagship leadership development program. The mission of LNF is to identify and develop leaders in the North Fulton area by promoting community awareness, instilling civic responsibility, and building relationships. This committee provides oversight of recruitment, planning and design of the curriculum as well as assisting with nonprofit project submissions and execution.

NextGen Connects Committee
NextGen Connects is the Chamber's young business professionals program and provides a channel by which young professionals under the age of 40 can add value to their business and community through their personal and professional development. 

Nominating Committee
The Nominating Committee is appointed by the Chamber Board of Directors and meets annually to identify the nominees for officers for the organization as well as a state of new Board members for the upcoming term.

North Fulton Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Inc. Trustees
The GNFCC Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation established to support the Chamber’s efforts in the areas of education, talent development, and leadership development. The Foundation initiatives allow the Chamber to collaborate with strategic partners and organizations to address key business issues and extend the scope of our activities. These initiatives serve a diverse audience including community leaders, entrepreneurs, business executives, employees, as well as educators and students. The Foundation Trustees provide oversight and policy development for the Leadership North Fulton and Emerging Leaders Programs.

BOLD Businesswomen Committee
The mission of Businesswomen Organizing for Leadership and Development is to connect businesswomen to build outstanding networks and spheres of influence, to collaborate amongst ourselves and with our partner organizations to develop our businesses, and to celebrate and recognize the women of North Fulton.
