Who can rent GNFCC Meeting Space?
Our meeting space is available to both the public and GNFCC members.
Members: Receive 25% off rental rates and may receive annual room credits based on membership level.
Non-Members: Welcome to rent! One-time member pricing is available for first-time renters.
What are your Chamber business and rental hours?
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
After-hours: (5:00–8:00 PM) access is exclusive to Investor Level Members (Note: room credits may not be applied after hours)
What rooms/times are available and what do they cost?
Available Session Times: (includes set up & clean up)
Morning Session: 8:00am-11:00am
Lunch Session: 11:00am-2:00pm Afternoon Session: 2:00pm-5:00pm Full-Day Rental: 8:00am-5:00pm*Arrival before 8:00am requires approval and staffing arrangements.

How do I book a room?

What’s included with my rental?
- Dual monitors (up to 85”) and presentation technology
- ClickShare wireless sharing (HDMI backup available)
- Microphones (3HH/1LAV)
- Podium and PC laptop available for use
- Free high-speed Wi-Fi
- Presentation clicker, HDMI cables and adaptors
- White Boards, markers, easels (BYO flip charts)
- Flexible room layouts with movable tables and chairs
- Beverage station (coffee, tea, mini-fridge)
- On-site support from Chamber staff
- Covered guest parking with gate code
Any tech tips?
Yes! ClickShare wireless sharing technology is great, but:
- Presenting Audio/Video requires HDMI cable connection
- Mac Users: Disable HDCP + set screen to 1080p
- Download the ClickShare app in advance
- VPN or firewalls may block screen-sharing (check with IT)
- Chamber laptop available as backup — bring a flash drive
Where do guests park?
- Use the 8000 & 10000 Avalon Parking Deck
- Enter through the visitor gate (code provided 1 week prior)
- Do not park in reserved/business-marked spots
- Covered parking is complimentary
Can I bring food/drink in or arrange for catering?
Absolutely! Bring your own food/caterer or select from our trusted and recommended Chamber-member caterers.
We offer:
- Beverage bar access
- Fridge and freezer space
- Limited trays/serving utensils
- Commercial coffee machines (bring your own supplies)
- Ice bucket + beverage tubs (please bring ice)
How do I pay for my rental?
- An invoice is sent after your Facility Use Agreement is received
- Payment is due 48 hours prior to your event

What if I have deliveries or large equipment?
- Large items must enter through our loading dock at the rear of 10000 Avalon (via 1st Street)
- A Certificate of Insurance (COI) may be required
- Coordinate deliveries with:

- Building security (advance notice required)
Can I hold a date or book in advance for next year?
Yes — but with a few guidelines:
- GNFCC’s official calendar for the following year is approved by the Board in Q4 of the current year.
- Investor Level Members may place a soft hold on requested dates. Once the calendar is finalized, those with holds will be offered first opportunity to confirm — pending no conflict with Chamber events.
- Let us know your top 2 date preferences and we’ll hold them.
- Room credits run on a calendar year (January–December) and may only be applied to bookings made for that same year. However, you may reserve in advance with the intent to use future credits when they become available.
