Our Space is Your Space

The Greater North Fulton Chamber’s new office located off the lobby level at 10000 Avalon was created with our members in mind. Six unique spaces support meetings from 2 to 100, all with beautiful views of Avalon, Old Milton Parkway, and GA 400. Our meeting space is designed with upgraded furnishings, the latest technology, concierge services, and designated parking… all at discounted pricing for GNFCC members.

Rates shown reflect exclusive GNFCC member discounts. Non-member pricing is also available.

Chairman and Investor level members receive annual meeting space credits that can be applied toward reservations.

We also offer three private meeting rooms (each accommodating 6–8 guests), available to members for same-day bookings at $50/hour, based on availability.

Meeting Space Amenities

Our executive meeting spaces are available for rental Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM during regular business hours.

A dedicated Chamber team member will serve as your meeting concierge, assisting with room setup, AV support, and offering catering recommendations.

Rentals include access to a fully stocked coffee and cold beverage bar, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience for you and your guests.

Food & Beverage Options

For your convenience, we offer a variety of Chamber-preferred caterers from our member network. These trusted partners provide ready-to-serve meals and professional service to enhance your event experience.

*Guests are welcome to bring in outside food and beverages for your meeting or event.

All Meeting Space Options

Wellstar Community Room

Our largest meeting room accomodates 100 guests seated theatre style or upto 80 seated at tables. All tables and chairs are wheeled and can be arranged specific to your meeting/event needs. Common room layouts include a large boardroom (pictured), classroom style, discussion pods and an expanded U-shape with isles for larger groups. The Wellstar room includes dual 85” presentation monitors, dedicated presentation laptop and clicker, podium, presentation chairs, microphones, and a full audio/video system with video conferencing capabilities.  A permanent service bar set in a dedicated alcove for your ease in catering coffee or meal service. Additional catering and registration/check-in tables, as well as portable whiteboard and easels available by request. Secured parking gate code and wifi access provided for all guests.

Northside Board Room

Our most exclusive meeting room has seating up to 18 at an executive board table and features dual 75” presentation monitors, dedicated presentation laptop and clicker, and a full audio/video system with video conferencing capabilities. Additional guests can be accommodated around the perimeter as needed. Rental of this executive meeting space includes full use of a dedicated coffee and cold beverage bar. Catering table can be set up inside or outside the room.  Portable white board and easles available by request.

Community Foundation for Northeast Georgia Room

This room features beautiful exterior windows with seating up to 6 people. The meeting room includes a 65” presentation monitor. Rental of this executive meeting space includes full use of a dedicated coffee and cold beverage bar. Catering tables and portable white board available by request.

Georgia Power Conference Room

The Georgia Power Conference Room with seating up to 8 people in an interior space featuring a 65” presentation monitor and glass brainstorming board. Rental of this executive meeting space includes full use of a dedicated coffee and cold beverage bar. Catering tables available by request.

IBEX Conference Room

The IBEX Conference Room with seating up to 8 people in an interior space featuring a 65” presentation monitor and glass brainstorming board. Rental of this executive meeting space includes full use of a dedicated coffee and cold beverage bar. Catering tables available by request.

Awesome Alpharetta Room

The Awesome Alpharetta Room features beautiful exterior views of Avalon with seating up to 6 people and includes a 55” presentation monitor. This meeting room is located outside of the executive wing for more private meetings.
