The Greater North Fulton Chamber Meeting Space Rentals
The Greater North Fulton Chamber’s new office on the Lobby Level at 10000 Avalon was created with our members in mind. Six unique spaces support meetings from 4 to 100, all with beautiful views of Avalon, Old Milton Parkway, and GA 400. Our meeting space is designed with upgraded furnishings, the latest technology, concierge services, and designated parking… all at discounted pricing for GNFCC members.
Details on individual meeting spaces are outlined below. Rentals are available between 8 am and 5 pm, and a Chamber team member will serve as your meeting concierge offering room set-up, AV support, and member catering recommendations. Executive meeting space also includes full use of a dedicated coffee and cold beverage bar.
We ask that catered food be purchased from GNFCC members and arrive ready to be served. Pricing below reflects a GNFCC Member-Only Discount. Chairman’s Circle members receive $2,000 in meeting space credit annually.

WELLSTAR COMMUNITY ROOM
Our largest meeting room seats up to 100 guests theater style or 80 guests in classroom style at 26 conference tables. The room's standard set is 16 tables with 6 chairs surrounding each for groups of 96, but it can also be set as a large board room, open hollow, or U shape for 20-48. The Wellstar room includes dual 85” presentation monitors and an acrylic lectern with the use of a full sound system. A permanent service bar is set in a dedicated alcove along the windows facing Old Milton Parkway for your ease in catering coffee or meal service.

NORTHSIDE BOARD ROOM
Our most exclusive meeting room seating up to 18 at an executive board table and features dual 75” presentation monitors. Additional guests can be accommodated around the perimeter as needed. Rental of this executive meeting space includes full use of a dedicated coffee and cold beverage bar, and catering can be set up immediately outside the room in the executive wing.

COMMUNITY FOUNDATION FOR NORTHEAST GEORGIA ROOM
This room features beautiful exterior windows with seating up to 6 people. The meeting room includes a 65” presentation monitor. Rental of this executive meeting space includes full use of a dedicated coffee and cold beverage bar.

Our three 8-person private meeting rooms can be rented by members for same-day use for $50/hour on a space-available basis.
